"Nacogdoches Christian Academy was an awesome experience. I attended the school for 11 years and would say it was one of the best experiences I have had in school. The education was top notch and I made some lasting relationships there with both friends and teachers. I feel like I have a firm foundation because of all I learned there. Teachers like Renee Wilson, Jayne Hughes, Dawn Wilson, Donna Baker, Dana West, and Marilyn Hawthorne had a huge impacts on my life and helped me discover my talents and opened my mind to so many different things. I am thankful for NCA and what God is doing there." ~Brendon Hughes
"NCA was an amazing school. It helped prepare me for the real world in a way that no public school ever could have. All of the amazing teachers were dedicated to their students success, and always made sure they spent enough one-on-one time with us. It raised my moral and ethical standards to help me be the best version of myself possible, and most importantly it created and taught me how to have a healthy relationship with God at an early age. Fun fact: I still say the Lord's Prayer in Latin almost daily." ~Madison Simms
"I was at NCA (then called the prep school) from Pre-K to fourth grade and absolutely loved it! I really looked forward to doing the science fair every year, which is funny because now my major is science-oriented. One year, KTRE came and filmed us with our science fair experiment boards, and we thought that was the coolest thing ever! The all about me posters we did every year were pretty neat too; I still have most of mine saved in my attic. I remember my friends mostly. I am still friends with a few of them, which is neat. My favorite thing about my time at NCA is the fact that I met my best friend there in second grade, and we are still best friends! I really liked all my teachers too. I remember them being very kind and nurturing while I was there." ~Olivia Moore
"The 9 years I spent at NCA/The Prep School were the most significant years of my life in regards to my growth as a young person, which has ultimately affected my worldview as an adult. Math, science, social studies, and language arts are important aspects of course, but the most important lessons I learned taught me what it means to be a Christian in the world we live today. I would not be who I am or where I am today if it weren't for the encouragement, love, and support of the teachers, principals, and administrators at Nacogdoches Christian Academy." ~Jonathon Hughes
"I was at NCA for 9 years, and it was definitely the most positive experience of my life. I truly believe that I would not be where I am today without NCA. It is an amazing school with amazing, talented teachers that love their students and do everything they can to help them succeed in their short term goals as well as long term goals. I am fortunate to have been able to receive such a high quality education that has been a solid foundation for the rest of my education." ~Jenny Baker
"I was at The Prep School, (previous name of NCA... I know, old!) for kindergarten through 7th grade. I still maintain the friendships I had there, and it is great to meet up and reminisce on the good old times! My favorite memory of The Prep School is our "All About Me posters!" We would do one each year and I believe they got displayed in the hallway on our birthday week? Maybe not... It's been a while!" ~Natalie (Shaefer) Evans
" I spent only 3 or 4 years at NCA/Prep school, so I was only there briefly. As a kid who had a really bad stutter, growing up and making friends was never easy for me. Coming to the prep school was just what I needed; and despite my short attendance here, it was quite memorable. I was finally able to make friends with like-minded, Christian people (some of who I still sometimes keep up with). They even gave me quite a send-off when I moved. The school had a great system that made learning easy and fun. When I attended, the staff were friendly, connected with the students, and really tried their best to help you learn. I think that it's great to go to a place where education and Christianity are important values, so I would definitely recommend this academy to anyone!" ~Eric Dittmar
